Job description: About the Role This is a 3 year fixed term STS position. Are you a seasoned leader ready to drive project coordination to ensure seamless network integration? We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordination and Network Interface leader. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for project coordination across the project life cycle, serving as a primary client interface. Additionally, you'll oversee network interface and assurance activities, ensuring projects align with network requirements and deliver intended benefits. Position Outcomes As the driving force behind this role, your responsibilities will encompass; Leading project coordination activities as DTP's representative, ensuring seamless client interactions and effective oversight on projects spearheaded by MTIA and other agencies. Taking charge of network interface and assurance, ensuring projects seamlessly integrate into broader network and meet strategic objectives. Cultivating strong relationships across divisions, government bodies, portfolio agencies and industry stakeholders, while initiating continuous efforts to enhance these connections. Provide strategic advice and influence to shape project processes and content, ensuring their successful delivery. Aligning project objectives and designs with critical transport requirements outlined in key strategic documents Identifying, managing and mitigating risk areas within DTP and portfolio agencies while ensuring optimal resource and budget allocation.
