Mars Petcare is taking production to the next level! We’ve invested $100 million into cutting-edge Single Serve Pouch lines at our Wodonga Plant, boosting local pet food production and creating local employment opportunities.

As we prepare to kick off production in 2026, we’re searching for energetic, motivated individuals to join our team.

What You’ll Do

Firstly, you’ll want to have a love for Manufacturing! Operate and monitor equipment using software systems and hands-on checks. Collaborate with the maintenance team to address repairs efficiently. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to maintain smooth operations. Safely run multiple pieces of equipment, ensuring on-time, high-quality production. Uphold quality and safety standards while providing detailed shift handovers.

What are we looking for?

Have an interest in working in Manufacturing! Reliable, willingness to learn and adaptable to change. Desire for wanting to add value and continuously upskill is key. Strong problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail. Trade certification is an added bonus, but not essential.
