In this role, you will: Support development and execution of an integrated roadmap aligned with BDSB’s strategic goals. Contribute to designing and executing cross-BDSB transformation initiatives to enhance customer and colleague experiences, simplify operations, and deliver new capabilities. Collaborate effectively with Group, Divisional, and Business teams to ensure alignment of initiatives. Lead specific strategic initiatives contributing to BDSB’s ambitions. Gather insights from various banking segments to inform progress and interventions. Build relationships within Business and Private Banking to identify and solve opportunities/issues. We seek candidates with: Strong experience in banking or financial services consulting. Experience delivering strategic initiatives in large organizations. Exposure to strategy development and implementation. Ability to influence and build relationships at senior levels. Knowledge of Business Banking is advantageous but not essential.
