You will be responsible for vendor management, asset registration, contract database monitoring, and providing support on supplier payments. What you'll do:
- Managing the procurement inbox where sourcing requests and enquiries come in
- Organising and maintaining PR-PO
- Managing vendor relationships and setting up new suppliers
- Registering newly purchased assets into the system
- Monitoring and updating the contract database
- Providing support on supplier payment when needed
- Completing credit applications as required
What you bring:
- Experience in purchasing, category management, or contract oversight
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent persuasion and customer service abilities
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to plan effectively and manage time
- Proven capacity to act independently and take initiative with minimal supervision
