About the Role Provide high level legal advice without supervision on a wide range of complex and sensitive commercial matters relevant to a public health service, including but not limited to legal risk management, procurement, construction law, property, leasing and licensing, medical research and corporate governance matters. Interpret policy, maintain and apply current knowledge of regulatory issues impacting on Metro South Health and its stakeholders. Draft high quality briefing notes and correspondence for the Chief Executive, Executive staff, Director-General and/ or Minister for Health.
