Practice Nurse - Narre Warren Clinic

Casual Practice Nurse with possibility of permanent hours wanted approximately 20-30 hours/week, flexible.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to and with the support of the Nurse Manager you will be a vital member of the team contributing to the smooth running of the Practice with key responsibilities:

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·       Ability to provide compassionate patient-centred care

·       Patient recalls and reminders

·       Wound care

·       Immunisations (adult and childhood)

·       Chronic Disease Management Plans

·       Health Assessments

·       Assisting with Iron Infusions

·       Assisting with skin procedures and other minor procedures

About You

·        Current AHPRA registration as an RN/EEN

·        Current CPR and First Aid Certification

·        Previous experience in General Practice 

·        Strong clinical and organisational skills

·        Excellent communication and holistic approach to patient care

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·        Experience with Best Practice (desirable)

·        Must have unrestricted Australian work rights

·        Must be available Monday, Tuesday and Friday
