Riverway is ready to go and equipped to offer a full range of services to small animal patients - including a dedicated Radioactive Iodine Room, with in-house and external training for you to upskill in this area.

We have an accomplished and experienced Veterinary Director heading up the team and are now looking for a Practice Manager or Senior Vet Nurse who has strong leadership and team building skills, to help build a genuinely friendly, caring team who are passionate about providing great patient standards of care and customer service.

About the role:

• Full-time position managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including stock management, people management, rostering, and change management.
• Leading and developing the team and building a positive team culture.
• Monitoring monthly financial performance and team performance, whilst implementing actions to encourage improvement.
• Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives.
• Delivering outstanding service and care to all patients and owners.

About You

• Cert IV qualified with a minimum of 3+ years' clinical experience.
• Strong leadership and team building skills, with the ability to provide coaching and guidance to team members.
• HR experience in performance monitoring and management advantageous.
• Experience with Rx works preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good business acumen and organisational skills.
• Friendly, respectful, team player attitude.
• Passion for continuous learning.
