About the role As a PMO Lead, you will own some Projects to manage, as well as manage a team of Project Managers and Testers. We will count on you to ensure that all projects and engagements delivered by Insight Services in the Western Region are to a standard that meets or exceeds expectations. Along the way, you will get to: Set project management standards. Oversee practice utilisation and P&L. Financial Control for projects Promote PMO services, including presales and RFPs. What we’re looking for Extensive experience leading a PMO within an IT professional services organisation Experience managing P&L and utilisation for a Professional Services practice Proven track record of project managing complex software development projects for enterprise clients Ability to effectively sell PMO services to clients Strong financial management skills Proficient in MS Project PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable What you can expect We’re legendary for taking care of you, your family and for helping you engage with your local community.
