The project scope is concentrated on a 10.5km motorway, including more than 4kms of twin three lane tunnels, road and bridge construction and complex M&E installations. Open to traffic in 2031, the T2 D alliance will offer the people of Adelaide an incredible opportunity to be a part of an iconic project, career stability and the opportunity for career progression and development. The Role As a Planner, over the full project lifecycle you will undertake the process of planning, creating detailed programs, and monitoring performance to deliver the best quality projects on time and on budget Roles and Responsibilities Ensure monitoring and reporting of Project Controls processes are successfully set-up and implemented on projects. Proactively lead a planning and controls culture across the project based on best practice and with a focus on risk management, cost control and SQE. Compile and collate reference and benchmarking data for future planning purposes in accordance with the John Holland Basis of Schedule Financial management: Undertake the implementation of project monitoring systems, particularly focussing on time, cost, resources & quality (project controls & earned value). Ensure that planning and controls reports generated across project(s) provide maximum cost and time forecasting certainty for project(s)Support Project Managers in report interpretation, analysis of project performance, forward planning and development of corrective actions to maximise project delivery outcomes Early identification and communication of issues and opportunities to the Projects team About you Tertiary degree, preferably in one of the following disciplines - Engineering, Construction, Building, Sciences, Architecture or Project Management, or equivalent experience1 to 3 years’ experience working as a Site Engineer or general experience in undertaking construction projects Ability to use software such as 4 D Modelling, BIM & other digital engineering packages, Schedule Risk Analysis, Program Forensic Analysis, Time Chainage Charts Experience in a project controls role We offer Your success is our success, and as an Alliance, we are committed to being an employer of choice in Adelaide.
