Cluey Ltd is an ASX-listed Ed Tech company and the largest online tutoring provider in Australia. Alongside Code Camp, we operate a suite of education brands supporting students across Australia, New Zealand and the UK. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, commercially minded Paid Performance Marketing Specialist to support and help scale our paid acquisition channels. This is a Sydney-based role with hybrid working (2 days in the office). The Role You’ll work closely with our Joint Head of Marketing and Growth Marketing Lead, gaining hands-on experience across Meta (priority) and Google Ads, while learning how performance marketing decisions are made at scale. This role offers exposure to sophisticated ad accounts, meaningful budgets, and senior leadership, making it an ideal steppingstone for someone looking to grow into a strong, well-rounded performance marketer. Key Responsibilities Support the setup, management and optimisation of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns Monitor budgets, pacing and performance against commercial KPIs (CPL, CAC, volume and efficiency)Analyse performance data to identify trends, insights and optimisation opportunities Test creatives, audiences, messaging and campaign structures Assist with regular performance reporting across ad platforms, GA4 and internal data Support upper-funnel activity that feeds into lower-funnel performance Collaborate with creative, product and marketing teams across the business What we\'re looking for3 years’ experience in performance marketing or paid media Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Working knowledge of Google Ads Excellent attention to detail Strong analytical skills with the ability to think commercially Comfortable working with data and performance metrics Experience using GA4 (Google Tag Manager experience is a plus)Based in Sydney and happy to work hybrid (2 days in office)Highly regarded Exposure to SEO, Tik Tok or Organic Social Comfortable using AI Tools (Chat GPT, Gemini or similar) to improve efficiency Email or lifecycle marketing exposure Experience working across multiple brands or larger budgets Work across two established education brands: Cluey and Code Camp Gain experience managing large, sophisticated ad accounts Be mentored directly by our Joint Head of Marketing and Growth Marketing Lead Learn from senior leaders with strong commercial and growth backgrounds Hybrid working with a Sydney office Supportive, collaborative team culture Staff discounts on Cluey products Monthly team events Corporate gym discounts and Employee Assistance Program We look forward to reviewing your application!
