About the role Based in our West Perth office, we are currently recruiting a People and Culture Advisor to support our ongoing workforce engagement activities.
Some of the key role responsibilities include: Supporting the delivery of recommendations and solutions covering multiple areas of People & Culture, including learning and development, communications, remuneration and benefits, employee relations, talent management and change management Identifying areas of long-term strategic development within the people environment Providing interpretation and counsel to leaders regarding policies, programs and practices Researching issues and developing solutions to resolve strategic business issues Developing and implementing new policies, practices and programs to meet organisational and executive and senior leaders' needs What you will bring: Knowledge of Human Resources organisational policies and practices Knowledge of generalist Human Resources best practice Relationship management and influencing skills Excellent communication skills and highly service oriented Knowledge of current employment legislation Knowledge of HR systems would be advantageous (ELMO ideally) About You : As an Advisor, you will have the desire to drive business success within a rapidly growing business within the resource sector, you will ideally have; Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the mining and resources sector.
Strong generalist HR experience.
Positive nature and work ethic.
The ability to adapt to change quickly. Well presented, punctual & reliable.
