About The Role
We're looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our supportive and high‐performing P& C team in Sydney. This role is ideal for a Coordinator ready to grow their career, or an Administrator or Graduate eager to take the next step. You'll work closely with experienced P& C Business Partners and the Head of P& C, building strong stakeholder relationships and contributing to a range of people initiatives.
This dynamic role requires attention to detail, the ability to prioritise and organise your day. You'll be supported by your manager and team, with opportunities to expand your capabilities and get involved in more complex work as you develop.
Key Responsibilities
Shared facilitation of Sydney firm inductions.
Coordinate, track and manage staff movements, including new starters, probation periods, leavers, visas and contractors.
Manage employee milestone and post graduate study processes.
Manage the shared people & culture inbox.
Support local and national P& C teams with cyclical processes, reporting, and initiatives.
Ensure HRIS has all information captured accurately against employee records.
Work with P& C on projects, events and committees.
Work effectively with other Shared Services divisions, including Payroll, Finance and Facilities.
Be a trusted point of contact for general people queries.
About You
Tertiary qualification in business or human resources.
Relevant experience in a similar role is desirable.
High level of proactive organisational skills and attention to detail.
High level of confidentiality and security of employee information.
Proficient with MS office suite and the aptitude to learn new systems quickly.
Previous experience working with Workday or other HRIS would be well regarded.
Exceptional communication skills; listening, written and verbal.
A proactive and energetic style with the enthusiasm to learn and develop.
