About The Role This is a band 5 role with a salary range of $104,284 - 147,238 plus Super. Are you a HR generalist with strong employee relations (ER) experience? Tas Networks is seeking a seasoned HR People Partner to join our People Experience team and make a real impact in shaping the working environment and conditions, organisational culture and performance!Your primary focus is to advise, enable and empower leaders and team members to develop and maintain a high-performing, inclusive and collaborative working environment, living our core behaviours – Be Curious, Be Brave, Own It. As a People Partner, you will provide broad HR support to the business, leveraging your skills and knowledge in ER as the first point of contact in your portfolio, and working with Leaders to provide clear direction on conflict, performance and dispute resolution management. You will also support and embed company and team initiatives and projects. About You The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field and have substantial experience in a HR role. Partnering experience in a geographically dispersed, complex and dynamic environment will be highly regarded. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to engage with stakeholders and support them with processes and information to assist in decision making. Critical to the success of this role is your strong experience with ER. To be successful, you will also bring: Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and autonomously as required. Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Tas Networks is a state-wide company and the willingness to travel intrastate is required.
