Job Description
Reporting into the CFO, your responsibilities will include:
- End to end payroll functions globally (including Australia, Dubai, Netherlands & USA offices)
- Process leave (vacation, unpaid, sick)
- Record payroll data in various global payroll software programs (including Xero)
- Initiate direct deposits for payroll globally
- Alter employee tax status as needed as well as any information about withholding
- Assist with end of month reporting related to payroll
- Process new employee contracts and terminations (from a payroll perspective)
- Manage Superannuation Choice funds for employees
- Answer general payroll enquiries & resolve payroll issues
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years in a similar end-to-end payroll position. They should be tech-savvy, with Xero experience as a bonus. Additionally, they will be mature, able to work independently, responsible, and will understand confidentiality. Most importantly, they will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and will bring great energy to the office!
