The Role:
- 9-month FTC Payroll Officer
- Hybrid arrangement (3 days in the office)
- MYOB Pay Global a must have
- Australian payroll experience a must have
Key Responsibilities:
- End to end payroll processing of around 900 employees
- Expertise in Australian Payroll Legislation
- Compliance: In-depth understanding of Australian tax laws, superannuation, Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, and enterprise agreements
- Reporting: Familiarity with Single Touch Payroll and reporting to the ATO
- Leave Management
- Reconciliations
- Payroll Tax
- Payroll Processing, Off cycle Payments, Overpayments, Garnishments, New hires, terminations, Changes in Pays, ABA file payments, Superannuation, STP reporting, Year End Processes
Key Requirements:
- Award interpretation experience
- MYOB Pay Global experience
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
- Australian payroll experience
