The Role
Machinery Drive Wreckers' is seeking a customer-focused Auto Parts Salesperson to join our team in Burleigh Heads, QLD. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and accurately processing sales of automotive parts and accessories.
Key Responsibilities
Provide knowledgeable and friendly assistance to customers, both in-person and over the phone
Accurately identify and locate the required automotive parts and accessories
Process sales transactions and handle cash and card payments efficiently
Learn and maintain up-to-date product knowledge to recommend the best solutions for customer needs
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
What We're Looking For
Experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry or strong automotive knowledge and the ability to quickly identify and locate parts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service
Ability to work efficiently and accurately
Positive, friendly, and helpful attitude
Good numerical skills and attention to detail for processing sales transactions
Able to fulfil a full time role 8am-4:30pm Mon-Fri onsite at our Burleigh heads modern airconditioned sales office
