We're on the lookout for a friendly, reliable, and tech-savvy Receptionist to join a small, supportive physio clinic where no two days are exactly the same (in the best way).???? The Role: Part-time - around 20 hours a week, mostly afternoons
Shifts between 8am-7pm, Monday to Friday (you'll be sharing the role, so the schedule is flexible!)
Work alongside a tight-knit crew of young, down-to-earth physios
Some days are busy, others are cruisy - we keep it balanced and human ✨ What You'll Be Doing: Welcoming clients with a warm smile and managing front desk duties like a legend
Booking appointments, answering phones, and keeping things running smoothly using our practice management software
Helping create a calm, organised space that supports both clients and the team
Supporting clients from check-in to follow-up - and even getting to learn through supervised interactions ???? What We're Looking For: Experience in a physio, allied health, or medical setting (physio preferred!)
A confident communicator who loves being the go-to person and keeping things in order
Comfortable with tech and open to learning new systems
Someone who's looking for something long-term and steady
Extra points if you're familiar with Work Cover, DVA, third-party billing, or injury management
