Job Profile

The Gaming System Replacement (GSR) Project is a key strategic initiative to replace Lotterywest's existing gaming platforms and associated services. This is a large scale, multi-year program of work that will drive significant change across people, processes and technology.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the GSR team and be part of a complex transformation project working collaboratively with a diverse and talented team of passionate people.

About the role:

This is a dynamic role for an HR professional to lead the delivery of a high quality, effective and efficient HR service that is crucial to the success of the GSR Project. You will work closely with GSR leaders, providing expert guidance and advice on all aspects of people management and leadership. You will play a key role in capability management for the project, ensuring the principles of the GSR Capability Strategy are embedded into all HR business practices. You will also maintain the project's Capability Plan and Capability Management Framework, contributing to the project's successful delivery.

Furthermore, you will work proactively and collaboratively with the People and Culture team and key business stakeholders to ensure a 'one Lotterywest' approach in achieving HR outcomes. Your proactive HR practices and effective stakeholder collaboration skills will be vital to your success in the role.
