1. Proven experience in implementing the IBM Verify product and its IAM product (Identity and Access Management).
2. Strong understanding of identity concepts.
3. Hands-on experience with identity applications for the last 4-5 years.
4. Knowledge of app lifecycle, performance optimization, and troubleshooting techniques.
