What you'll do:
As a Customer Success Manager, your role will be pivotal in building strong relationships with business partners, internal stakeholders and third-party distributors. You will be responsible for assessing applications received, conducting credit checks and ensuring that our customers receive excellent service. Your day-to-day tasks will involve handling incoming enquiries, assessing complex applications, gathering and analysing financial data, conducting due diligence and financial analysis, following up on leads generated from our website and digital marketing campaigns, providing customers with product knowledge and assisting with application submissions.
- Handling incoming phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally
- Assessing complex applications that are referred for inhouse assessment
- Gathering and analysing financial data to evaluate risk
- Perform due diligence and financial analysis
- Conduct credit checks, property title searches and property valuations
- Communicate credit decisions and policies to applicants, brokers and internal staff
- Follow up on leads generated from our website and digital marketing campaigns
- Provide customers and business partners with product knowledge and assist with application submissions
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Customer Success Manager role has experience within banking and lending. They enjoy working in a customer-focused role and have the flexibility to manage a variety of competing demands. They possess excellent communication skills and are skilled at developing and maintaining customer relationships. In addition, the successful candidate is organised, has a sense of urgency and is disciplined with administration and Information Technology operations. They also possess a good attention to detail and can prioritise their work effectively.
- Minimum 5 years' experience within the Mortgage & Finance Industry
- Strong understanding of the residential mortgage process, relevant legislation, and industry standards
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with business partners, internal stakeholders and third-party distributors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organised and able to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
