Clinical Applications Consultant EDI - Radiography

Your challenge

We have an exciting opportunity to be a part of the Philips Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics (EDI) Clinical Applications Team. In this role you will be focused on the delivery of training and support of the Radiography Informatics solutions to our customer base, whilst driving customer satisfaction through on-going product training, workflow assessment and product consultation.

You are responsible for:

1. Ensuring successful clinical and physician adoption of Philips radiography Informatics Solutions
2. Managing the configuration of Philips Radiography solutions to accommodate clinical and/or operational workflow in the customer's environment
3. Demonstrating and training the functionality of Philips solutions
4. Conducting workflow analysis and consults on workflow changes that need to occur with the implementation of new functionality or solution
5. Providing training for customers and/or employees in the use of complex solutions for multiple products
6. Identifying application issues, investigating, and resolving issues
7. Consulting with the customer throughout implementation to provide smooth, effective and successful delivery
8. Analysing customer workflows and facilitating change management in the clinical setting
9. Identifying upsell opportunities based on knowledge of customer implementation and workflow analysis.

You're the right fit if:

1. Qualifications in Radiography with solid clinical experience ideally including MRI and CT
2. Extensive knowledge of clinical workflow and experience with Philips Imaging products
3. Outstanding customer service skills, able to identify customer needs quickly, accommodate the customers' social style and meet the customers' practical needs
4. Strong consultative and facilitation skills and professional presentation skills and confident in dealing with Senior Radiographers on site.
5. Ability to work independently but enjoys being part of a team as well as a good communicator
