The Opportunity
Join our team and play a key role in maintaining and supporting electronic systems at our Health Hub in Morayfield! You'll provide expert guidance, troubleshooting, and fault resolution to staff while ensuring seamless system functionality. In addition, you'll build and maintain strong relationships with industry contacts and system support teams, ensuring smooth operations and ongoing improvements.
You will
- assist in the maintenance to industry regulated standards, of electronic systems critical to the function of a progressive clinical trial operation;
- work collaboratively with staff, clients, and software partners to deliver continued innovation to the clinical research sector; and
- provide first-tier technical support and system-specific guidance to a geographically diverse team.
About you
You are a resourceful problem-solver with a proactive approach to challenges. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively across a multidisciplinary, geographically diverse team. Equally comfortable working independently or as part of a group, you thrive in dynamic environments where adaptability and teamwork are key to success.
You will possess:
- high-level computing skills across all major operating systems; and
- experience working with standard business IT/AV hardware, cloud-based computing (primarily Saa S), simple databases, computer networks and Managed Operating Environments.
Desirable
- general knowledge of clinical research practices, including an understanding of the contractual and ethical obligations of clinical trials, relevant privacy acts, and ICH Good Clinical Practice.
- general understanding of regulations governing the use of electronic systems and electronic signatures within clinical trials.
