Key accountabilities of the role:- Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end working software solutions across the full stack, adhering to established development standards.
- Delivery of High-Quality Solutions: Ensure high-quality software delivery aligned with business requirements and customer needs.
- Collaboration and Communication: Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively to achieve project goals.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to technical innovation.
- Customer Support and Troubleshooting: Resolve complex technical issues and provide support to internal teams and customers.
- Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions within the Talent Management Suite, ensuring robust functionality and seamless user experience.
- Solution Architecture: Collaborate with Product Managers and the Technical Lead to design scalable and maintainable software architectures that align with business needs.
- Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve development processes and technical capabilities.
- Integration and APIs: Design and develop APIs and integrations with third-party systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, providing support to internal teams and clients as needed.
- Proficient in modern programming languages (C# / Type Script).
- Strong familiarity with unit testing frameworks (MSTest, NUnit).
- Strong knowledge of web frameworks and libraries (React / Angular, NET Core /. NET Framework).
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
- A minimum of 5 years of commercial software development.
- Cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS), microservices architecture and containers.
- Expertise in both back-end and front-end development.
- Database design and development (e.g., SQL Server, Postgres).
- Designing and developing modern, responsive user interfaces.
