- Provide strategic direction in designing the AML/CTF compliance program, risk assessments, and policies
- Oversee implementation of the program, including training and communications, engagement with key stakeholders, audits and regular review
- Ensure ongoing compliance with AML/CTF Laws and the firm's legal and professional obligations
- Oversee client and matter due diligence, AML/CTF risk assessments, and compliance processes
- Lead the Business Intake Team, including recruitment and structuring the team for optimal performance
- Work closely with key leadership and senior management to achieve best-practice Business Intake outcomes
- Drive continual improvement and greater efficiencies aligned with the firm's legal and regulatory obligations
- You're experienced in leading AML/CTF compliance within a law firm
- You bring a strong understanding of AML requirements and risks associated with the legal industry
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and manage AML compliance programs
- In-depth knowledge of KYC/CDD processes
- Experienced in using Intapp Risk, Orbis, World-Check, or similar platforms
