Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out scheduled service & updates for BMS and Building Automation.
- Configuration and programming of BMS/HVAC control systems.
- Carry out scheduled routine maintenance in a specific region improving energy efficiency.
- Diverse role which can include commissioning and small project works.
- Liaising with clients recommending upgrades, integration, and building efficiency.
- Report writing - producing accurate service reports.
- Respond to client service requests, programming, and point-to-point scheduling.
- Relationship building and support with existing and new customer service.
- Investigating and diagnosing faults.
- Providing technical support & commissioning reports as required.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Proven experience in programming and commissioning BMS/HVAC systems.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of IP related protocols, networking, and communications.
- Strong knowledge of Controls Protocols including BACnet and Modbus.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, standards, and plant operating instructions.
- Restricted Electrical Licence.
- Current Australian Drivers Licence.
