Job Description
- Handle telephone traffic for a pre-sale, point of sales, and post-sales environment.
- Enter service requests into the in-house system.
- Resolve and process all consumer enquiries and requests in a professional manner.
- Accurately input orders onto the in-house systems.
- Work as part of a team, meeting individual, team, and department objectives.
- Be self-sufficient and able to prioritize tasks.
- Communicate with both external and internal customers at all levels.
- Understand spare part diagrams and communicate with relevant personnel in the factory to swiftly identify relevant spare parts.
- Coordinate with the factory logistics team and monitor delivery status for all spare part orders.
- Maintain a continuous focus on customer care.
- Create quotations for all Accessories, Consumables, and Spare Parts for clients.
- Manage all warranty-related requests and data recording.
- Ensure all enquiries, questions, issues, and customer complaints are fully resolved.
The Successful Applicant
- Capable of setting priorities, meeting predetermined deadlines, and multitasking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- People-oriented with a positive and constructive view, enjoying working with others.
- Results-driven.
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
