About the Role

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Join our team as a Customer Service Team Leader in Strathpine where you'll lead a dedicated group of Customer Service Representatives to ensure top-notch service from enquiry to delivery. You'll be at the forefront of coaching and developing your team, driving performance, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. This role is suitable for someone who is happy to also support in customer calls and queries as it is a hands-on collaborative position.

In this exciting position, you'll manage order processes, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with our business expectations. Your strong leadership skills and customer-centric approach will be key to identifying and implementing solutions to improve service delivery. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll provide insights on team performance and support your team in achieving their goals.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in leading a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident in exceeding set KPI's and NPS targets
  • A background in technical product, manufacturing or civil would be ideal
  • The ability to use influencing and negotiation skills
  • Passion for coaching and developing your team
  • Understanding of holding performance & coaching discussions
  • Experience with CRM & ERP Systems and Microsoft 365
  • Ability to handle inquiries and complaints
  • Excellent attention to detail, good with data and processing information
  • Expert in problem-solving and creating solutions
