Commercial Litigation Lawyer Proactively manage large scale litigation and arbitrations concerning corporate reputation & risk management advise multinational clients wfh
The Role
Our client is searching for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their Brisbane team.
You will be working alongside 2 Partners in Brisbane and senior practitioners within the Australian practice, particularly the Litigation and Regulatory team. You will help lead the team and strategise on matters, gaining exposure working with multinational clients to proactively deal with a range of issues concerning corporate reputation and risk management. You will work on large scale, complex commercial litigation and arbitrations involving AML, bribery and corruption, white collar crime and modern slavery as well as general commercial litigation.
Clients include corporates from a number of different industries including mining, energy, transport and technology.

About You
The ideal candidate for this Litigation and Regulatory role will have:
- 3+ years PAE in litigation from a reputable team
- Ability to draft advices and court documents
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously but also in a team environment
- Enthusiasm and drive
