Job Description
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and share your knowledge with clients in a clear and simple way.
- Manage client portfolios and guide them through the entire accreditation process, from start to finish.
- Be the main contact for clients and assessors, offering helpful support via phone and email to make their experience easy.
- Help create clear and accurate accreditation reports.
- Keep track of important documents and details to make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Work with a fun team to get all tasks done efficiently.
- Manage your tasks, meet deadlines, and keep things on track with a positive attitude.
- Build good relationships with clients, making them feel supported and appreciated.
- Handle compliance and complaints in a proactive and friendly way.
