To run our main praline depositing line in our world class manufacturing facility. https://www.chocolatier.com.au/world-class-manufacturing Day shift position6am-2.30pm Monday to Thursday6am-12noon Friday Main duties will include but not limited to: Operation of state of the art chocolate moulding line, including enrobing, depositing, mixing fillings and tempering chocolate Be responsible for end to end machine operations insuring quality control and GMP guidelines are met. Organising packing staff on end of belt packing Following set recipes and methods to create chocolates Mixing/blending of ingredients to make fillings to be ready for depositing Following a production schedule Consistent heavy lifting up to 25kg Clean down of machinery and line changeover Paperwork and traceability Stock ordering To be successful in this role you will have: A background in a manufacturing environment, ideally food & FMCGTechnical & mechanical minded Take great pride in your work Ability to keep your work area clean and tidy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Quick learning attitude Problem solving skills Ability to work as part of a team Strict attention to detail and quality standards with the ability to adhere to Food Safety policies and standards.
