About the Role
Shopace (Embroidery, Printing & Signage) is seeking a motivated and
enthusiastic Operations Specialist to join our growing team in Redbank. This is
a part-time and casual opportunity suited to someone who thrives in a creative,
fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with clients and internal
teams.
This role plays a key part in strengthening client relationships, delivering high-
quality branding and design outcomes, and ensuring projects are executed
smoothly from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
• Able to operate an embroidery / printing machine or willing to learn
• Customer Relationship Management & Engagement – Build and
maintain strong, lasting client relationships through proactive
communication and support.
• Branding, Printing & Design Coordination – Support branding
initiatives and oversee print and design deliverables to ensure quality and
consistency.
• Project Management – Coordinate tasks, timelines, and stakeholders to
ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Communication – Act as a clear and confident point of contact for clients
and team members.
• Client Trust Building – Develop credibility and reliability through
transparency, responsiveness, and professionalism.
