The Job
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia / e Learning Developer to join our Global Learning & Development (L&D) team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining engaging and effective multimedia content, including e Learning modules, instructional videos, in-app learning, simulations, animations, and digital guides. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a passion for innovation in digital learning, and a collaborative approach to working with global cross-functional teams across Simpro Group. Your work will support both internal and external audiences, driving knowledge retention and user engagement across the business.
What You’ll Do

Assist in the creation and maintenance of instructional design documentation and training materials.
Record, edit, and produce high-quality learning videos, audio content, animations, and interactive simulations.
Design, develop, and review e Learning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar platforms.
Create and manage "Walk Me Through" guidance tools and interactive product walkthroughs to support just-in-time learning.
Support the ongoing maintenance, configuration, and user support of the Learning Management System (LMS), Learning Toolbox, and other learning technologies.
Collaborate closely with L&D team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to meet learning objectives and production requirements.
Monitor and report any areas of non-conformance or risk to the L&D Manager and contribute to mitigation strategies.
Continuously evaluate and improve learning design, delivery methods, and internal processes for increased effectiveness and efficiency.
Actively participate in team activities focused on performance improvement and innovation.
Lead or coordinate L&D-related projects, ensuring successful and timely delivery of project milestones and outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in multimedia design, instructional design, or e Learning development.
Proficiency in e Learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate).
Experience with multimedia production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Audacity, Vyond).
Experience with Pendo software for in-app learning creation highly desired.
Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems and SCORM/x API standards.
Strong project coordination and time management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
