Tenure: Full Time, Permanent (Full Time, Permanent Teaching role with a Fixed Term Appointment to the Middle Leader position)

Salary Range: $86,600 to $124,725 + Middle Leader Allowance $13,024 per annum + Superannuation

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate educator to join our leadership team as Middle Leader – Sport, Extra Curricular and HPE Teacher

St Joseph’s Catholic School, Cloncurry is seeking an experienced Middle Leader for Sport, Extra-Curricular and HPE to lead the coordination, development and delivery of sporting and extra-curricular programs. This full-time, 1-year position oversees staff, organise activities and resources, liaises with families and external partners, and supports students in achieving their personal and school-wide goals. The role carries substantial leadership responsibilities across curriculum, staff development, pastoral care, strategic planning and operational management, requiring strong communication, organisation, and collaborative leadership skills. Candidates will bring proven teaching experience, the ability to engage positively with young people, and a commitment to the Catholic ethos.
