Position: Organisation and Methods Analyst
Basis of Employment: Full-time (38 hours per week)
Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 + 12% Superannuation

We deliver holistic workforce solutions including labour management, workforce planning, timekeeping, rostering, cost analysis, and secure data management across multiple client sites. Our strength lies in managing complex operational data while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
We are seeking an experienced Organisation and Methods Analyst with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience to evaluate, develop, and improve organisational structures, operational methods, and administrative systems. The role is critical in reviewing internal processes and recommending efficiency improvements to support business performance and compliance obligations.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct detailed analysis of organisational structures, business processes, administrative systems, and operational procedures
• Review and evaluate current labour hire, rostering, payroll, timekeeping, and workforce management processes to identify inefficiencies
• Study workflow methods, resource utilisation, and cost structures to recommend improved operational strategies
• Develop and document revised procedures, policies, and standard operating frameworks to enhance organisational efficiency
• Analyse workforce data, cost analysis reports, wage breakdown reports (including Workers Compensation reporting), and compliance documentation to improve operational control
• Advise management on optimal organisational arrangements, staffing models, and procedural improvements
• Facilitate implementation of improved business methods and monitor outcomes against performance indicators
• Prepare reports and submissions outlining recommended changes to systems, procedures, and organisational practices
• Conduct research into industry best practices and emerging operational methodologies relevant to HR and labour hire services
• Support change management initiatives through structured implementation plans, procedural documentation, and staff guidance
• Ensure organisational methods comply with industrial relations legislation, data privacy regulations, and quality assurance standards
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients to gather information required for organisational reviews and improvement initiatives
• Monitor operational performance metrics and recommend continuous improvement strategies
Qualifications
• Minimum bachelor’s degree
Skills
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Business Analyst or related role
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
