The Opportunity We are currently seeking a part-time Senior Member Service Officer, to work 21 hours per week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 7 hours per day) at our Moranbah branch. You'll be joining a single person branch who are focussed on providing our members with a consistently professional and friendly service experience. The key aspects of your new role include: Delivering efficient and professional service through the Service and Contact Centre channels Assisting with enquiries and providing information relating to all product and service offerings including deposit accounts, home loans, credit cards and personal loans. Creating opportunities to provide a total solution for our members’ financial needs Efficiently processing members' cash and non-cash transactions Associated administrative tasks including maintaining accurate and timely member records in various systems.
