JMACX is on the lookout for a Media & Marketing Specialist to join our team and help showcase our Australian-designed and manufactured products.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys both creative production and marketing execution . You'll be responsible for producing engaging content, managing marketing channels, and ensuring our brand is consistently represented across all platforms. Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain social media channels and content calendars
Create, shoot and edit content for social media, website and print
Coordinate marketing across campaigns, events and digital platforms
Manage and execute email marketing communications
Plan and manage Meta Ads campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and leads
Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials What You'll Bring
Experience in digital marketing across social media, email and paid ads
Strong skills in photo and video production
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop)
Understanding of print production and marketing collateral
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
A proactive mindset with strong creative direction and attention to detail Core Experience
Social media management and content creation
Photography and videography
Design of marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, catalogues, publications)
Confidence across major social media platforms
Ability to generate, edit and publish daily content
Strong collaboration with internal teams (sales, production, etc.) What We Offer
Full-time role (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week)
Early finish on Fridays (1pm)

On-site food truck twice daily with two 30-minute lunch breaks
Work from our JMACX HQ in Caloundra, Sunshine Coast
