In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support within our Sales department to ensure the smooth running of our customer accounts and order processing.

This includes maintaining the customer database, preparing proposals and reports to support a team of Account Managers execute a high level of engagement with our customers and potential partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Liaise with the Sales team via phone and email Create and update Customer cards in line with Compliance procedures Generate sales opportunities, quotes and orders Process Sponsorship and Marketing requests Read and interpret sales order information and process in line with SOX procedures Maintain and analyze records to ensure data integrity Assist with Customer showroom visits Maintain the relationship between Sales, Order Management and Production Provide weekly and monthly data reporting General administration functions General phone enquiries Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong communication skills with a helpful and friendly attitude Ability to prioritize and co-ordinate various tasks A team player with the ability to work independently Excellent problem solving skills Maturity to deal with people at all levels of the organization Experience with Microsoft Office applications with a strong knowledge of Excel Experience with a CRM system highly regarded Experience, Education and Qualification: Tertiary education or equivalent work experience Must have a minimum of two years office experience Workforce International  is a wholly Australian-owned company with 30 branches throughout Australia.
