As we continue to rapidly grow, a newly created opportunity has arisen for a Revenue Enablement Specialist to support our APAC region.

What you'll be doing: As part of our Go to Market team, you will work as part of a global Enablement team to create and deliver ongoing product and skill enablement for both new and tenured employees You'll own APAC's onboarding program and deliver a new starter bootcamp aimed at reducing our Sales & Success ramp time You'll partner with our Global product and product marketing teams to create and deliver new feature learning workshops and implementations You will develop and deliver industry enablement sessions for the GTM function You'll become an expert at using SC Training, Safety Culture's mobile first Training solution, for microlearning and ondemand learning Who you are: Demonstrated ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders to take concepts and turn them into measurable training content Strong communicator with solid project management skills Able to plan and execute strategy based on a data driven, analytical approach Passionate about helping people learn and grow What you'll need: Experience in a Saas Sales/Customer Success role Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and business acumen Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices Ability to build rapport with employees in global regions Ability to translate complex concepts into simple frameworks, adapting to the learning styles of those you work with Experience delivering onsite/online and 1:1/1:m trainings Nice to have: Knowledge of sales tools and frameworks like Winning by Design and MEDDICC History of high sales or business development performance Experience delivering leadership training (Ex- Effective coaching) More than a job: Equity with high growth potential, and a competitive salary Flexible working arrangements, we encourage you to create the best work blend while working from your home and the local Safety Culture office Access to professional and personal training and development opportunities Hackathons, Workshops, Lunch & Learns We encourage involvement in the community, open source work, attending talks and events, and experimenting with new technologies Office Benefits: In-house Culinary Crew serving up daily breakfast, lunch and snacks Barista coffee machine, craft beer on tap, boutique wines and a range of non-alcoholic beverages Wellbeing initiatives such as subsidised fitness programs, EAP services and generous parental leave policy Quarterly celebrations and team events, including the annual Shiplt global offsite On-site gym, table tennis, board games, books library, and pet-friendly offices We're committed to building inclusive teams and cultivating a sense of belonging so our people can bring their whole authentic selves to work each day.
