The Role We are currently seeking a 360 Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant and highly successful team based in Underdale , SA.

Working within a team of experienced professionals, this role will see you build and run a specialised blue-collar permanent recruitment desk.

Skills and experience To thrive in this position, the following attributes are highly valued: Self-motivated and outcome-oriented individual with ideally a minimum of three years’ experience in recruitment or equivalent, managing significant customer portfolios and/or teams.

Have a strong desire and eagerness to be successful and achieve results through hard work and dedication, coupled with a desire to build long term relationships and gain opportunities.

Previous experience recruiting with industrial and commercial placements will be highly regarded.

Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

Ability to establish strong working relationships with clients and candidates.
