We're looking for a creative and driven Part-Time Marketing & Social Media Graduate to join our growing WA-based business in an entry‐level role with genuine hands‐on experience across social media, digital marketing, branding, and content creation.
This opportunity would suit someone in their final year of study or a recent graduate looking to get their foot in the door and grow a long‐term career in marketing. You'll be a go‐getter, not afraid to bring your ideas to the table, a wizz within the digital marketing space, and someone with a real flair for the creative.
You'll work across a mix of brands, campaigns, social media content, internal communications, and marketing projects, with no two days looking the same. We're looking for someone who enjoys thinking outside the box, keeping up with trends, and creating content that actually connects with people.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Digital Content
Assist in managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and Tik Tok
Schedule and publish content across digital channels
Support the creation of engaging written, photo, and video content
Assist with reels, short‐form video content, and educational posts
Monitor engagement and support online community interaction
Contribute to maintaining a structured content calendar
Marketing Support
Assist with the rollout of marketing campaigns and promotional activity
Coordinate marketing collateral including brochures, signage, and promotional materials
Support supplier campaigns, product launches, and events
Assist with website updates and digital content uploads
Support photography and videography coordination
Brand & Communications
Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing platforms and communications
Assist with internal communications, newsletters, and engagement initiatives
Contribute creative ideas to support brand awareness and customer engagement
Help ensure consistent tone of voice and messaging across all channels
Reporting & Administration
Assist with tracking social media and campaign performance metrics
Maintain organised digital files and content libraries
Support general marketing administration and coordination tasks
What We're Looking For
Recently completed or currently completing qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Genuine interest in social media, branding, and digital marketing
Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
