Our leading client based in Belmont is seeking a passionate and vibrant E-Learning Specialist on a permanent, on-going basis. This is a brand new role, with the real opportunity to make it your own! You will be joining a mining services focussed organisation within a collaborative, inclusive and supportive team environment, where you will get to use your already honed skills and experience in Technical Writing to add real value to the company as they continue to grow and expand. About you: As a talented E-Learning Specialist, you will be working with the Manager to create and update instructions, procedures, inductions, website content, learning resources and procedures in compliance with LMS Learning Management Software. You will be enthusiastic about communicating complex processes to end users in a friendly and conversational way. You thrive on the challenge of making sleek and professional documentation. You enjoy interacting with people and can talk with people from a broad range of backgrounds to gain a deeper understanding of the business and workplace safety practices. Your vital role will be responsible for a significant portion of the employee relationships and supporting the organisation’s clear Action Plans, Policies, Standards, and Procedures. Your writing and content creations will be engaging and communicate clear messaging. Responsibilities: Creating, designing and developing of work instructions, e- learning resources and procedures in compliance with technical and safety standards. Developing and maintaining policies relevant to e-Learning systems. Carry out regular testing for USX, reviewing, and publishing courses. Working closely with key stakeholders to ensure material is within company guidelines and vision. Research industry trends and promoting new concepts within LMS. Promote compliance with Action’s Plans, Policies, Standards and Procedures. The successful candidates will possess the following skills: Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills both verbal and written with a high attention to detail. Previous experience working as a Technical Writer and E-Learning Specialist Ability to multi-task and think on your feet. Must be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work autonomously with little direction.
