Job Summary
We are looking for a Shopper Executive who will be responsible for delivering superior customer experiences with our brands. This includes managing Point of Sale (POS) delivery from concept design to execution and supporting omnichannel activation of brand campaigns within our retail partners. The role encompasses some of our biggest brands, including Rexona, Dove, Lynx, and Omo.
The Shopper Executive will be critical to developing shelf and layout recommendations for our retail partners, ensuring brand activations are delivered on time and with impact. Reporting to the Shopper Marketing Lead, you will collaborate with various teams to achieve brand and category objectives.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and translate customer and shopper insights into actionable opportunities online and in-store.
- As part of retailer yearly range review cycles, develop planograms for in-store layouts and recommend online optimisations.
- Own Retailer assortment optimisation and space efficiency.
- Optimise Unilever's portfolio mix across each customer and category.
- Manage end-to-end project management of POS, ensuring fulfilment on time and in full.
- Support execution of shopper activation plans with the marketing teams.
- Partner with Customer Strategy and Planning Lead, Marketing, and Customer Teams to align shopper plans with category objectives.
What You Will Need to Succeed
Experiences & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of business experience, preferably in Shopper Marketing, Brand Management, or Category Management.
- Understanding of customer and retailer dynamics.
- Strong stakeholder management and lateral influence skills.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with a focus on POS management.
- Experience using Nielsen, Quantium, and JDA/Blue Yonder is desired.
- Experience in the Consumer Goods industry is preferable.
