A high-profile Federal Government agency is seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator (Senior Marketing Cloud Project Officer) to join a major ICT transformation program. The successful candidate will secure an initial 12-month contract with a 12-month extension option and flexible hybrid working options across Australia.
As the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance, including data management and cleansing
- Creating and executing email campaigns with segmentation, A/B testing, and automation workflows
- Supporting integrations with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and other platforms
- Monitoring campaign performance and delivering actionable insights
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration and implementation
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, email campaigns, SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification
