Salary Range: $63,232 – $69,160 per year + Superannuation More Information About the Role: Swimmerz Academy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Learn to Swim Supervisor to join our team in Caringbah NSW. This is a full-time position responsible for assisting with overseeing our successful Learn to Swim programme and ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Learn to Swim Manager. What you'll be doing: Assist in managing and coordinating the daily operations of the Learn to Swim programme, including scheduling, staffing, and curriculum development. Providing excellent customer service to our swim school clients, addressing any concerns or queries in a timely and professional manner. Assist in monitoring the performance and development of our swim instructors, offering mentoring and support as needed. Ensuring all safety protocols and pool operational procedures are strictly adhered to. Collaborating with the wider Swimmerz Academy team to drive the growth and success of our swim school. What we're looking for: Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a swim school or similar aquatic environment. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Swim teacher. Experience in customer service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, staff, and stakeholders. Excellent organisational and multitasking capabilities, with a keen eye for detail. A passion for swimming and a commitment to providing the highest level of swim instruction and customer care.
