About the role
Reporting into the Head of Customer Marketing Strategy , you’ll be responsible for shaping and driving our CRM planning and engagement strategy . You’ll develop customer-first CRM plans , ensuring the right messages land at the right time, in the right way, to maximise impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the CRM planning process: developing structured short & long term plans that balance reach, relevance, and business priorities.
- Define and manage CRM priorities: ensuring seamless alignment between marketing, product, and value teams.
- Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies: for key events, product launches, and business-wide initiatives.
- Leverage data and insights: to refine segmentation, targeting, and messaging approaches.
- Partner with cross-functional teams: to ensure CRM strategies are customer-led and commercially impactful.
- Monitor performance & optimise strategy: working with Performance & Insights teams to define KPIs, track success, and continuously improve.
You’ll set the strategic direction , while the Customer Marketing Operations team executes and brings your plans to life.
About You
You’re a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of customer marketing: able to translate insights into big-picture plans that drive engagement and commercial impact. You love problem-solving, thrive in fast-paced environments, and know how to align teams around a clear vision.
You’ll also bring:
- A strategic mindset: skilled at developing CRM plans that balance reach, relevance, and business objectives.
- Strong commercial acumen: you understand how to connect customer insights with business priorities to maximise impact.
- A deep knowledge of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and engagement strategies: with a passion for optimising how we connect with customers.
- Experience in long-term planning and stakeholder management: able to align multiple teams behind a clear customer strategy.
- A data-driven approach: leveraging insights to inform planning, refine strategies, and measure success.
- The ability to influence at all levels: from senior leaders to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
