THE ROLE:

Prophet is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Science Partner to join our client-facing team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about marketing science, perfecting the customer experience and contributing to the growth of a young and ambitious company. As a Marketing Science Partner, you will be a key point of contact for our clients, assisting them with onboarding, platform usage, working through complex measurement problems and providing expertise and insight, and ensuring they have a positive experience with Prophet.

You will work closely with Marketing Science Managers, Data Scientists and our Product and Development Teams, supporting them in managing client relationships and delivering value. This role involves coordinating client activities, providing timely support, communicating insights clearly, and helping clients navigate the world of marketing measurement using Prophet's solutions.

In your first 6 months, you will:

  • Drive Client Onboarding Excellence: Assist with coordinating onboarding sessions while creating and refining standardised templates, checklists, and training materials that streamline the process. Guide clients through platform setup, ensure they understand core functionalities and basic report interpretation, and maintain consistency in how information is delivered across all client engagements.
  • Champion Marketing Science Excellence: Guide customers in leveraging the full potential of the Prophet platform to achieve exceptional results. Help our amazing customers understand and apply incrementality measurement and other advanced marketing science techniques that form the foundation of our approach.
  • Serve as a Key Point of Contact: Act as a responsive resource for client inquiries, addressing platform questions, clarifying basic analytical concepts, and escalating more complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
  • Assist with Client Engagement: Help prepare for client check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by gathering data, updating status documents, and taking notes on action items.
  • Monitor Client Health: Utilise our Customer Success platform to track client activity, log interactions, and flag potential risks or opportunities to the account team.
  • Master our Documentation Ecosystem: Take ownership of creating, maintaining, and improving a centralised repository of both client-facing and internal resources. This includes developing comprehensive user guides, FAQs, onboarding materials, and process documentation that ensures consistency across client engagements while supporting both clients and internal teams throughout the customer journey, from implementation to ongoing usage.
  • Standardise Onboarding Materials: Create and refine templates, checklists, and training materials that streamline the client onboarding process and ensure consistent delivery of information.
  • Act as the Voice of Customer: Collect feedback from Customers regarding their experience, potential features that they may value, manage their expectations and ensure the overall success and satisfaction of our Customer base.
  • Execute Customer Success Plays: Follow and help refine established playbooks and processes to ensure consistent client engagement and support throughout their journey.
  • Learn & Develop: Actively learn about Prophet's methodologies (Bayesian mathematics, structural equation modelling, our proprietary data ingestion platform etc), platform capabilities, and the fundamentals of marketing science through internal training and hands-on experience.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Proven Marketing Science Skills: 3 to 5 years of experience in driving best practice marketing measurement techniques and can educate and supplement our Customers understanding of advanced measurement.
  • Customer-Facing Aptitude: Experience in a customer-facing role or a strong aptitude for building relationships and providing excellent service.
  • Ability to spin many plates at once!: You excel at balancing the diverse needs of multiple customers and internal teams simultaneously without dropping the ball. You're energised by managing various priorities and can shift gears quickly while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Mint Documentation Skills: Experience and a desire to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation (for both Customers and Internal audiences). Ability to translate complex concepts into accessible materials for various audiences.
  • Communication Clarity Champion: You excel at distilling complex ideas into simple, accessible explanations. Your written and verbal communication adapts seamlessly to different audiences, making technical concepts understandable without losing their essence.
  • Tech-Savviness: Comfortable learning and using new software platforms and discussing technical concepts. Eager to understand data and analytics tools and cloud platforms (eg: GCP).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot User issues, find answers using available resources, and know when to escalate for help.
