We are a multi-brand creative business spanning media, wellness, and lifestyle. From a charting podcast (Process the Podcast ) to a new wellness brand (Remy Wellness), to content partnerships with international house hold name brands — our work blends story, strategy, and culture.
We are looking for a Head of Content to lead strategy, execution, and growth across our entire content ecosystem. You’ll bring vision, structure, and performance thinking to every channel we operate in.
This role is for a strategic and hands-on content leader who can own content direction across:
- Organic social (Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In)
- Paid social (Meta, Tik Tok Ads)
- You Tube (shorts + long-form)
- Podcasts, Reels, UGC and branded content
You’ll manage a nimble team (editor, designers, freelancers, offshore VA's), report directly to the founder, and help build systems that scale as we grow.
- Develop monthly content plans for each brand
- Align creative with audience growth, brand story, and sales goals
- Plan and oversee content calendars across platforms
Creative & Execution Oversight
- Approve posts, campaigns, captions, and visual assets
- Brief editor, VA, and designers on deliverables and timelines
- Ensure content reflects brand tone, aesthetic, and intention
Paid Media & Performance
- Manage or oversee paid social campaigns
- Review performance, iterate creative, track ROAS
- Integrate learnings into organic + paid campaigns
You Tube & Podcast Growth
- Build and grow our You Tube presence (clips + long-form)
Team & Workflow Management
- Run weekly check-ins, manage briefs, and creative reviews
- Oversee systems in Notion, Slack, Google Drive, Click Up (if used)
- Support and manage content contributors & freelancers
Reporting & Insights
- Track and report on key content metrics weekly
- Identify trends, content opportunities, and risks
- Propose experiments and growth ideas
- 4+ years in content marketing, editorial strategy, or social media leadership
- Strong background in visual brand-building + storytelling
- Proven experience with Meta/Tik Tok ads and content funnels
- Strong editorial judgement and creative intuition
- Comfortable managing a lean team
- Fluent in tools like Notion, Slack, Later, Google Suite, Canva
- Bonus: experience in podcast growth, e Commerce, DTC or wellness/fashion space
- Flexible WFH, work from our serviced Toorak office and Sth Yarra Podcast HQ
