About the role As a Client Director you are responsible for having a deep understanding of your clients’ business and their challenges. You will be part of a dynamic high performing team, working across some global leading FMCG brands. You will work with the entire team to unearth & develop business challenges into solutions that will drive your clients’ business. You will be curious, passionate, enthusiastic and ultimately indispensable to the client. You will have a love of marketing and media and understand its role in driving brand growth. What will make you stand out Building strong relationships with clients, representing the EssenceMediacom team and ensuring all brand work is delivered to the highest quality Be a business orientated marketing and media person with a passion for building brand growth through media Understand the importance of media and creative working together and be a champion of the agency village construct to work alongside all partners Be passionable about the media market, be at the forefront of all change in the industry and have a view on how that can propel clients business forward Have a interest in marketing science and principles Drive the team culture through development of team engagement plan Oversee and drive the complete end to end connections planning process ensuring that it is implemented across all client work Work with the Client Partner on developing action plans that continually improve performance evaluation scores Go above and beyond to understand your clients' brand/products, enbedd at their offices, immerse yourself in their brands Assist the Client Partner to accurately forecast revenue and billings More About You Curious about the client’s business - ask questions and request access to all business-related information.
