Head of National Sales - The Randall Wine Group (Seppeltsfield, Penny’s Hill and Gemtree Wines) About Us The Randall Wine Group has significant vineyard holdings across most growing regions in South Australia in addition to a number of wineries. The largest producer of luxury bulk wine, we are also famous for our three premium fine wine brands; Penny’s Hill and Gemtree Wines in Mc Laren Vale and Seppeltsfield Wines in the Barossa. About the Position A newly created position, Head of National Sales, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer-Brands, will have responsibility for the growth and development of our wine sales in the domestic market across the Randall Wine Group brand portfolio. This position will manage our domestic distributors and existing business across all Brands and create and identify direct wholesale opportunities and private label growth. This position will be based in Mc Laren Vale, working closely with an experienced brand and sales team, making regular visits to the Barossa, and will include some domestic travel as required. Job Requirements About You You will have proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the wine industry. Well networked, with a track record of sales of branded wines, you will have the ability to create and identify sales opportunities and you will bring superior relationship building and management skills. You will also have: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or other relevant field Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal A strong business and commercial acumen High level of integrity, confidence Strong Microsoft Office skills Remuneration will be negotiated based on experience.
