This position ensures the accurate input of asset data, maintenance task specifications and their management within Queensland Health’s Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and assists the Maintenance Services Managers and Trade Supervisors in the development and implementation of maintenance, service and minor works contracts. Manage Hospital asset maintenance requirements and translate into recommended and prioritised maintenance schedules and programs to achieve compliance with Metro South Hospital and Health Service Plans.Provide ethical decision making in the achievement of organisational goals.Provide a high-quality service with a strong client focus.Schedule backlog and condition assessment requirements with the Client Service Manager.Manage complex computer software packages including but not limited to Microsoft Office and CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) with emphasis on quality data management.
